Ms. Maser created the Cocktail Academy to help people level up their skill sets using the experience and knowledge she has acquired over the last two decades in the bar and hospitality industry. Her main focuses are sustainability and "whats in the bottle", so if you like spending your time sipping spirits and discussing what peat means to whiskey these are the classes for you!
